| The Ceremony |
Churches are in abundance in the region. Civil weddings can only take place in the Town Hall and on occasion a local municipal building can be utilised for the purpose of a wedding. Here are some of the ways we can make your civil wedding on the beautiful Lake Iseo special:
Municipio (Town Hall) and municipal buildings - there are several town halls in the vicinity. They are of different shapes, sizes and settings and together we can choose the one that most suits your needs. The resplendent mayors of the region will perform your marriage ceremony, in full Italian sash of course!
Civil ceremonies here are concise but charming. With the elegance both of your surroundings and the local mayors, you will be left knowing that something wonderful has taken place. We are lucky in the region to have several municipal buildings at our disposal such as the Pinocateca - Sarnico. It’s actually an art gallery. It is full of character and atmospheric. Note: The paintings are of religious scenes and may not be appropriate for all couples but this stunning building needs to be seen! In the pretty park of Paratico, overlooking the lake there is a beautiful gazebo-like structure and we have a stunning room that is part of a monastery that we can use in certain circumstances.

| Reception Venues |
There are some stunning venues at our disposal on Lake Iseo.
Premium venues are to be found both on the shores of Lake Iseo and high on the mountains which surround it. The views are spectacular!
We can offer the best selection of first class hotels that the region has to offer, whether nestled high on the Brescia mountain range, or by the banks of this gorgeous lake.
We offer the rustic charm of the region's best Agriturismos (farmhouses); these not only provide some of the best local produce of the area, but are usually to be found nestled in the magnificent countryside, often surrounded by the wonderful Franciacorta vineyards. We can provide the use of several of the region's finest wine cellars to host a function. We also use some fantastic restaurants that are tucked away in the villages surrounding the Lake. Our venues cater for both lunchtime and evening receptions. We can offer venues where you can party straight on into the evening or lunchtime events where a break can be taken before partying the night away in one of several unusual lakeside venues.
Depending on the size of your group, we will offer a selection of suitable venues for you to look at on a pre-wedding visit. If you can't make it out here we will make a DVD specifically suited to your requirements. These options will enable you both to make the choice that's perfect for you and your guests.

| The Food |
The menus here are absolutely fantastic, with a very wide choice too. The courses just keep coming! The standard menu consists

All throughout the meal you will be drinking the finest Franciacorta wines.
We have learnt through experience that less is sometimes more and have convinced our chefs to be a little flexible. As well as including all of the above, our costs include a printed menu for the tables and fresh flowers for each table.
Prices vary from 90-140 euros per head including wine with the meal. Children’s menu is usually 50% of the full rate. Our menus also cater to vegetarian and other dietary needs.
We can arrange a tasting of all your favourite selections before your event so you can choose your tailor-made menu.

| Transport |
There are lots of opportunities to travel by boat but the timetables are sometimes restricting. Our experience has taught us that using a local company (as with all our products) to transfer guests from place to place is the best option. They have transport ranging from single 4 seater cars to 50 seater buses. We will organise your guests in a way that they are transported easily and in comfort.
It is tradition in Italy for the bride and groom to leave the ceremony in a car of their choice. We can organise anything from a Ferrari to an Ape truck!! Our favourite, however, is our vintage cinquecento (the Italian “bubble car”). We can also provide a private hire of a boat for you and your guests or a horse and carriage for after the ceremony or even Harley Davidson motorbikes. The choice is yours.

| Interpreters |
We are able to offer the services of one of several interpreters during the ceremony. We always introduce you to each other first as interpreting can be rather sterile. You will find our interpreters professional, warm, friendly and able to put you totally at ease during this most special time.

| Accommodation |
We can arrange accommodation and honeymoon suites for you both and for family members and guests.
|
| The Flowers |
Flowers at the venues are often included and supplied on each table. For all floral requirements we use several stunning florists for our functions. Between them we can organise and arrange any flowers you desire, whether traditional or modern. Your pre-wedding visit will of course include a meeting with them.

| The Music |
For lunchtime receptions we can provide music for your guests. Favourites include a harpist or pianist. For evening receptions we can provide a band or a disco to suit your requirements.

| Children's Entertainment |
For couples who need to cater for children at their celebration we can provide entertainment, usually after the first course, where children will be entertained by a clown, have a bouncy castle, face painting etc., to allow the adults to continue their meal in a possibly more relaxed and peaceful way!

| Babysitters |
This service is available and we only use babysitters known to us personally via the local nursery school.

| Hair and Make-up |
There are several great salons at our disposal and again your pre-wedding visit will include a meeting with one of our top professional people to discuss hair and make-up needs. We can arrange for hair and make up to be done in your hotel.

| Spa |
Several of our chosen hotels have spas on site. Here we can provide a selection of packages. such as Bride and Groom pampering sessions, the Bride and her mum/best friend/sister etc., the Groom and his dad/friends/brother etc. and we can include lunch and bubbly too!!
Your guests can pre-book a pedicure/manicure/massage. Should you choose a hotel where the spa is not on site we can still arrange to transport you and offer these fabulous treatments.

| Guest Itinerary |
We don’t want you to be worried about your guests when they arrive. We will offer accommodation best suited for them to enjoy and access the local area. Without being prescriptive we can also organise for some, or perhaps the whole group to enjoy short trips around the area. For example:
WINE TASTING
Wine tasting in Franciacorta is only a short drive away. It’s very informative and the bubbly is delicious!
BERGAMO - CITTA ALTA
The City of Bergamo is a 30 minute drive away and is the jewel of our crown. The very beautiful Citta Alta, or “high city“, has buildings which date back to medieval times. It is bursting with bars, cafes and unique shops which would make a perfect afternoon out.
ISEO (and its market).
The town of Iseo is the largest on the Lake. It has some gorgeous shops and stunning buildings. There is a lovely promenade where enjoying an local “gelato” is a must. The Friday market here bustles with activity. Cheeses, olive oil and the local Limoncella are all on offer here as well as handbags, belts and shoes.
MONTE ISOLA
This is the largest inhabited Lake Island in Europe. It is easily reached by boat from Iseo or Sarnico. The journey takes 20-30 minutes and you can enjoy stunning scenery. Monte Isola has almost no traffic and apart from the zipping of the odd Vespa or 10. It is a beautiful and tranquil place to visit. As well as advising on some of the lovely walks in the region we can also offer bike hire, boat hire, golf, horse riding…you name it, we’ll organise it wherever possible.

We can co-ordinate a romantic Italian event, we will guarantee you the premium services and venues available to you within the shortest of timeframes. Please be aware that last minute events (anything less than 60 days) require full payment with the booking.
